When the prompt to rate the service came up on the screen of the payment terminal, the clerk reached over the counter and hit the big smiley face button herself 🤣 A foolproof way to make sure you get high ratings!

Blown away! I used to dread going to the post office, but then they hired Cece! She is so nice I even asked for the USPS survey to fill it out on behalf of her, which I never ever do. I now look forward to going to the post office and use them more often. Please don’t take Cece away from us! Excellent customer service!
