For the life of me, I cannot stress do not go here. Phillip is unaware of attention to detail and fully disclosing prices and contracts. Fees are fees after I have explicitly asked upfront for charges and nothing was stated. I am still continuing to pay. Overall do not recommend.

Went in to ask about my options for a trade in I did the week prior. The woman who āhelpedā was incredibly rude. She asked us where we purchased the phone twice after I answered her the first time, and then looked down at her iPad and told us we had to go to a corporate store. She never looked back up. I had to ask where one was located, and she said nothing else after rudely answering the question. It was completely unnecessarily aggressive and we were out of the store within 2 minutes. My husband and I were stunned and so confused by her hostility.

Went here today to ask about an extender for my Fios WiFi. Walked in and told the lady I wanted to see about getting one and all she would do was hand me a slip of paper with numbers on it to call. She said they donāt do any Fios in that store even though on the window outside it says āFIOS is here !āš¤¦š¾āāļø. I can tell she just wanted to get back on her phone ASAP. Like she literally didnāt offer to look up my account or nothing. Just we donāt do that here and handed me some numbers. Terrible service

This is an awful store. Everytime I come here they are uppity and downright rude. No explanation as to why it is taking forever for me to turn in my old phone. Apparently Phillip made a mistake, now I have to sit around and wait. No communication. No āplease have a seat while I figure this outā just left me standing there. . Next time I will drive out of my way to get better service. Iāll also just go to the Apple Store to buy a new phone at least theyāre nice to their costumers.

Horrible Customer service , Had some questions from customer associates over there about my phone upgrade but Store manager is so aggressive and wouldnāt let her to answer by interfering. Finally decided to not deal with this store because of store manager. Hope the management will see this reviews and provide some training classes for the store manager.

Generally not helpful or attentive staff. I did speak to some helpful associates before. One gave me some very promising info but when I went home to research it, the info was not true though my in-store experience may have differed (regarding trade-in price), though it sounded too good to be true.
You can walk in and get no help. Typical experience all around though with regards to prices in-store. Overpriced items and selection of only the newest tech, which is fine but definitely not a great value. If you can buy online, you won't get biased into making any bad decisions.

Terrible Experience in this store . No idea why I keep coming back for help here, maybe because is the nearest store around my house and over and over I keep getting bad attitude unrespecfull treatment and terrible service .

Worst verizon!!! I came today to just load Data from one to my new device I got from my Verizon rewards. Lady at the desk has a bad attitude . Don't come to work if you don't like doing it .

The store manager is aggressive and you can tell the other two associates are done with his nonsense. I went in because the phone I ordered came with the wrong case. Also not all of my data transferred and I asked the girl I was working with what I may have done wrong. She advised to hook up to wifi and retry and it worked! Jermani was her name, super helpful! She exchanged my case for me there was a $10.00 difference I gladly paid. The manager immediately bum rushed after my transaction telling me I had to pay 29.99 for a transfer of Data! I told him to kick rocks and walked out. I then called Verizon directly to make sure I was not charged. Poor Jermani just trying to be helpful will likely have her hand slapped cause they didn't collect the 29.99 after I just dropped $1200.00 on a phone an accessories!
