I’m at the store in the middle of a Friday and only one person is working in the store and six people are waiting.

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. I placed an order for a phone and line, and while awaiting an email confirming when it would be ready for pickup, I received notification that the order was canceled because it hadn't been picked up within two days. However, throughout this period, the order status in the tracking link consistently showed it was not yet prepared. Their suggestion was to visit the nearest store and restart the entire process.

We went there to purchase a phone and change our plan but no one showed up there, after maybe 15 minutes a gentleman came and said I am just the only one here you have to wait there.
The staff is not helpful there highly not recommended.

This store was very dishonest and careless as they added 1 extra phone line on our unlimited welcome plan without out telling us. We don’t even have a physical phone for this added line. They also added the Disney bundle on our plan without telling us. My family was overcharged $150 because of this and we still are not able to resolve this issue because of Verizon’s poor customer service . Please be cautious when dealing with this store they will try to overcharge you.

Do not waste your time and money at this verizon authorized retailer, instead go to a verizon company store instead. This store will charge you set up and go service fees of $39.99 which are fees that are completely separate from activating your phone line. I first paid the set up and go service fees believing it was the activation fees (due to the employee Justin) however when I got my first bill, it was clear that these fees are separate from the activation fees (when I called verizon they confirmed that these fees are fees that the stores charged for itself and was not applied to my verizon bill at all). Justin refused to give me a refund when I visited the store even though Victra's website explains that a refund should be granted. Verizon is now processing my refund of these set up and go service fees due to Victra's refusal to pay me back. Save yourself from wasting your time and money at this store. Just go to a verizon company store instead.

I have had the same negative experience as Sarah. I would advise against visiting this authorized dealer. Recently, I traded in my iPhone 7plus and made an initial payment of $111.81 plus an additional $50 for the color exchange of the trade in iPhone 15 Plus. However, the manager, Justin Pegg, promised me that the promotion would apply to my trade-in, but I received $211.58 as my first payment. After wasting time commuting to the branch to speak with Justin, I received conflicting responses and was told to pay up to the third payment bill before the promotion would be applied and my billing cost would then decrease. This is nonsense, as I had to pay an initial $390 and then wait to see what the trade-in would bring. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Mario went above and beyond helping me set up my new phone and he also alerted me to some Verizon billing issues on my account that I completely missed. I can’t recommend this location enough.
