Just recently had a great experience with the team there upgrading my families phones. Bryan and Justin did a great job helping us out while managing multiple customers at the same time. Very impressed and appreciate their professionalism, expertise, and patience. If you are going to this store, talk to those two.

Rob was an amazing help - he went above and beyond standard excellent customer service! He waited with me, my mother and infant daughter for almost 2 hours while we sorted through a complicated international phone switch - this was right before Christmas and he was just great and made a tough situation much greater!

Verizon does not have a good system. I have paid for the same thing twice and my bills keep getting hire by the day. I want to go back to my previous carrier where they made my life easier. I don’t wanna keep calling these people spending hours of my day, trying to explain how my bill should be calculated. This is unfair.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this store. This is my second time ever to give bad online reviews. It’s not because I never had bad experiences, this is worse than anything I have experienced. I decided to do this so that nobody will be taken advantage of like they did to me. Jorge, the sales man lied and told me that I will still be paying $45 a month for my line after I trade in my iPhone 12 for 15 when I signed up for Verizon. Later I found out that it is $55 not $45. I mentioned to him multiple times that my budget is $45 a month and if it is more than that I don’t want it. But he informed to me that it was $45 and that is the bill I should be expecting. Which is a LIE. He also told me when I get the new iPhone that I can pick a phone case and it is part of the promotion. When he said that I asked him if it was for free and he said yes. Then when I’m ready to pay he said it come out to be $250 because he put on a screen protector and added a phone charger on top of the phone case without asking me. When I asked him to return it. He said I have to get it with the new phone since it’s a trade in and I can’t take my phone home without these accessories. He said it’s Verizon’s policy to get the accessories when you buy a phone with trade in.Later, I came to learn that these People get a commission for the items that they sell you and they sell them two three times more than what you would buy them at another store. My screen protector was almost $70 ??♀️ It took 4 trips to the store to get the money back for these items. I didn’t even get a full refund. Please, don’t be fooled by this. There is nothing called you have to get accessories, I was told by two Verizon employees that they do this for commission and they make money for selling you the accessories for a very expensive price. On the 5th trip they refunded some of my money but not all of it.The manager Asim, said he was going to send me a $360 gift card to replace the $10 monthly extra charge that Jorge lied about but I still haven’t received it. I called multiple times and went to the store but he refuses to talk to me. I called customer service as well but he denies to talk to me. it is all false promises over false promises.I can write a book about how horrible my experience was at this store. It makes me sad to know that there are people that will take advantage of other people on daily basis in this store. Just because I am a women they think they can fool me around. When I asked Jorge why I was charged $250 he started yelling at me and said do you understand how this works or what I am saying? and the manger was sitting across the room and didn’t even say anything. Because I have an accent they thought I don’t know English well enough to understand the policy. The way they treated me was disgusting. I feel disrespected, taken advantage of because I was different than them.People please be mindful and please do not trust these people. Don’t let these sales people rush you or push you to do anything or let them bully you.I put this out in public after trying to get a hold of them multiple times to fix the issue. The last time I get a hold of Asim which was 3 weeks ago, he said his manager was going to send me the $360. But after that he didn’t even respond to my calls and I didn’t get my money as well. These people are out there to get your money.I wish that whoever reads this will make better choices! Please don’t be afraid ti ask these people how much they are charging you and why even though they try to make you feel dumb That is their job.
