Wegmans is an award-winning supermarket with a huge selection of high-quality ingredients and freshly prepared meals like sushi, subs, pizza, and salads. The store features full-service departments including produce, bakery, cheese, and a deli that makes sandwiches, with a seating area on-site. The bar area is amazing with excellent service. Many find customer service to be on point and wonderful, making getting groceries a treat. However, some staff at self-checkout can be rude and unprofessional, standing around instead of assisting customers. As a city location, it does not have everything a normal grocery store has, but it offers great hours, great prepared foods, bakery, and decent pricing. It is considered the number one grocery store in the area.
We loved the sushi selections. We only went to look around. But got sushi as a snack. Hopefully a Wegmans will open in Charles County, Md.

Nicest grocery store in Northern Virginia with an amazing variety, all beautifully displayed. However, the underground parking is very dimly lighted and congested. Getting to and away from the store is also a bit of a pain unless one lives within walking distance.

As always they have exactly what I have been looking for but way of wine and our favorite apples - empire from NY State. Always a good stop
