Frequently doesn’t have enough cash in the ATM to cover more than a couple hundred dollars. Once recently, it had no money at all.

I come to this Wells Fargo location a lot but today I was greeted by Kate. I got one of the most exceptional customer service. Within minutes I cashed my check, I withdrew some money, set up an appointment to open a savings account, and got my temporary checks printed, and I was mind blower by the service she provided.... read full comment
