“I can't say enough about the employees at this bank in Altavista, VA. I have received nothing but courteous service and help from them over the years. My previous bank used to always make mistakes in their favor and try to charge me fees for things that were fake and false. Not so at this bank and it is a relief not to have to watch every move they make immediately because it may be false. It's been a real pleasure banking here and they feel like family.”

“I have been a Woodforest client for several years. In fact, since the branch was opened in Walmart. Always able to help with a host of banking issues which may arise. The people at Woodforest always professional and friendly. They always make sure all your needs are met and questions answered. Each person matters. Recently just before the 4th 2025 - it was swamped in Walmart as well as a line outside Woodforest. Still each person's business matter and was address with the same level of attention. fast efficient the line was down in no time.”
