Recently, I found myself in a fraudulent situation. I sent a significant amount of money to reserve a room for vacation. As it turned out, this company lied to me and was a third party booking site that misrepresented the Hilton. I had used my “Major Company” business card to make the transaction and felt secure that they had my back…. I was wrong. After I alerted the major company of the fraud, they still processed the transaction and it was a matter of time before funds would have cleared my bank account. I only had about 1 day to react. I went in totally distraught and was waited on by Angela. She was calm, patient and professional. Angela immediately went to work on my account and alerted the proper banking officers. She and local management worked on my account for almost an hour that day and provided me after care for months post incident. They were with me every step of the way.
