“I came to suit supply for the first time and was helped by Manny. He could not have been better across the board. In terms of listening to what I wanted, finding it, treating me kindly even though I wasn’t spending thousands of dollars, and making sure that the suit fit me perfectly. He was so good I waited to pick up my suit until he got back from a work trip cause I wanted his thoughts on the final product. Lastly, the store manager (or future manager) was great as well and runs the store like a Swiss watch. Aces across the board. I am moving to NYC and am sad I cannot return to this location more easily to get future products.”
“I went to this store for Black Friday with my son. I was immediately greeted and helped by this young lady she has curly hair very sweet I forget her name. She was beyond helpful and put together outfits for my son and even went above and beyond to help me find something for myself. I’ve been in the store before I believe she’s new but she knows exactly how to make the customer feel so welcomed and is knowledgeable. It’s a chaotic time during Black Friday but she made me feel like I was having such a personalized one on one experience while shopping! She is the perfect touch for the store and brings a new atmosphere to Grandeur. She was extremely caring and patient, I walked in thinking we were just looking around but after our interaction I left buying a lot of stuff that I know my son and myself love now. I will definitely be back to shop with her!”

“I rate the showroom/appointment experience very highly. The employees are very understanding and amenable (I was running late), efficient, and give good tips and advice. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time being measured for a suit, but everything was explained to me clearly and I ended up enjoying the process. Definitely would recommend this location!”
“This is my second time using The Black Tux and their convenience and service remains top tier. I had a tux rental fitting with Aaron at noon on Wednesday (11/12/25). He was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived and was patient with me as we worked through a couple of different options for the fitting. He was transparent about all costs and got me fully fitted, checked out online, and on my way in only 30 minutes. My rental tux is scheduled to arrive 10 days before my event which will give me plenty of time to try it beforehand, and they give you up to 5 days after the event to get the tux in the mail back to them. I will definitely be using The Black Tux for my next black tie event!”
