“Was greeted by friendly employees but then ignored us the rest of our visit, they were just talking to each other about making the store's minimum goals. Their pricing is unreasonable high, including the sale racks were not cheap at all! $30 for a normal printed T-shirt was their sale price, that's pretty ridiculous! We looked around for about 15 minutes and then left.”

“If you only read one review, I hope you'll read this one. I needed a suit to get married in. For a custom vest, pants, and jacket I paid a little over a grand. I'm told tailoring is free and will be free for life on that suit. I would go out of my way to work with Kazi again and would recommend the same to everyone. He was with us on day 1 to pick out the suit and then personally called to let me know when it had arrived and made sure he could be there for the tailoring. He was honest when he thought there was a better option or thought something wasn't perfect and honestly felt like he was part of our team. The only reason it's not a 5 star review for me is that I wanted the vest to have two columns of buttons but no lapels and unfortunately that wasn't available as an option from the company. No fault of the store and I would still highly recommend this location.”

We had the tux altered twice and it came out beautifully. Very fitted and rich quality. We got so many compliments on the unique color and the classy design.”

“For what it is, I'll give it 4 stars. It's a factory outlet, so I would expect a good sampling of the inventory, and I see that here and it's great, but their most in demand men's sizes don't get extra inventory. If the goal is to get me to go to the main store page and pay for price for the unstocked sizes, it is not working, for I am too patient/stubborn to do that. Still, I had a good experience with the staff, and the prices are good, especially on the sales. I managed to find a couple shoes that worked, and I bought a pair of each on their sale price. This will last me a few years, I think.”

“I’ve never had a bad experience here. Employees have always been friendly. The organization was quite eye appealing for their featuring products. LandsEnd has a lot of good things. Unfortunately, the things we happen to be interested in seem to never be in-store. I get it, only so much retail space. It does make frequent returns a pain. Besides the lack of what I would prefer to see in-person, the store is rather good and the return system seems to very turn-key to accommodate this.”

But she still ran around the store to help me find something because I told her I was gonna be working a farmers market shift outside in cold weather. I really hope she got a raise, she deserves it!”

“Today on August 14th 2026 I came into H&M to buy myself some new shirts and pants but I didn’t know my style or what would suit me In till I came across a worker name Abby, she was a excellent help and provided exceptional service, she was professional,honest and not once did she seem not on task,she gave me very good insight on what would suit me and helped me pick out stuff I felt confident to wear and satisfied to look in,I was surprised by her work ethic,you don’t usually see qualities like that from younger folks so it was refreshing seeing someone like that, nonetheless I highly recommend giving this store a visit the selection to choose from was broad the store was clean the fitting rooms were roomy and kept up with and the workers there are very well trained and professional, 10/10 experience!!!!”
