LandsEnd has a lot of good things. Unfortunately, the things we happen to be interested in seem to never be in-store. I get it, only so much retail space. It does make frequent returns a pain. Besides the lack of what I would prefer to see in-person, the store is rather good and the return system seems to very turn-key to accommodate this.”

“writing my review months later, but during the winter, I went to the Hollister here to exchange a jacket for a different size and the employee at the front told me 90% of the jackets were out of stock on the floor. But she still ran around the store to help me find something because I told her I was gonna be working a farmers market shift outside in cold weather. I really hope she got a raise, she deserves it!”

But I personally don't go to western store to be helped. I just moved here from California, I've been ranching for years and the last thing I want to do is be around someone trying to get me a glass of water, asking a bunch of questions and being over the top friendly.
City folk, definitely a go for y'all who want to dress up as a cowboy. As a country boy, this is not the place.”
