Very kind, professional and competent. The man knows what he’s doing. I went to get my phone fixed. He said he doesn’t fix phones any longer. But then he asked me what was wrong. I told him and he said let me take a look. 15min later, it was fixed. Saved mw a trip to T-mobile.

Total Pros! My repair turned out to be more complicated than he initially thought, but he didn't charge me anything extra for the repair. Frankly, what I did pay was half of what I had been quoted previously! Great at what they do... I highly recommend.
