I was kind of freaking out, but when I took my computer to them, they first diagnosed the situation, like how severe it was and if it was recoverable or not, then they patiently explained to me that they were going to recover the data. The process itself was really easy because they were doing almost all the work and asked about the things that were only necessary to the data recovery. Overall, they did a great job and I was able to recover the data.”

“I built me a computer few years ago for the first time and just recently I decided to upgrade some parts of course in my area the only store that carries stuff like that is Best Buy but what I needed they hardly have anything in stock. Yea I could have order stuff from the website but I didn't want too so I came across micro center on social media or whatever and found this location. The bad thing is that it was total of 6hrs+ because it's about 3hrs from my house one way so I really hope they build another store close to me. So I'm giving this store 5 stars since that's the max I would give more if I could because they have everything you need to build a pc and the staff was very helpful and friendly unlike Best Buy. If I need any other parts or whatever I know where to go”

The store was fully staffed with what felt like all hands on deck, and the line system was well organized. While the service was great all around, Ilir and Dania gave stellar support!
