“I got quoted almost 200 to get my laptop fixed which I was fine with since everywhere else was higher, however after they discovered the issue was more minor they went ahead and charged me half the price, which in a world full of scammers and unethical people, where they could have fixed it and taken that 200 they let me know and only charged me what was needed! Truly great full for this store!!”

I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Dennis and JOJO! I went in interested in purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 4 and possibly a Samsung Watch Ultra. Dennis took the time to explain the differences between the open-box and brand-new options without rushing me or pressuring me into making a decision. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process comfortable.

I also had questions about trading in my current watch for a newer model, and Dennis directed me over to JOJO in the Geek Squad department. JOJO was fast, efficient, and very helpful with checking my trade-in value and explaining my options clearly.

In the end, I decided to go with the open-box Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 4, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Big thanks to both Dennis and JOJO for the excellent customer service and smooth experience!”

I visited the Apple Store in Clarendon (Arlington, VA) on October 31st, 2025, after my MacBook Air (2019) suddenly stopped charging through both USB-C ports. I had already tried different chargers, outlets, and even an SMC reset, but nothing worked. The battery was down to about 30% and draining, so I needed same-day help before the laptop died completely.

I arrived around 7 p.m., worried and fully prepared for the possibility of an expensive repair or even a full logic board replacement — and with no expectation that it would be ready the same day, especially on Halloween night.

However, from the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. It genuinely felt like entering a place where people care about you and are ready to help.

I was first greeted by Woody, who was friendly, welcoming, and even spoke some Spanish, which I truly appreciated. Shortly after, Brad took over the diagnostic process and explained everything clearly and professionally: they would first test the charging port (a $114 replacement if needed), and if that didn’t solve the issue, they would move on to a power test to determine whether the logic board was damaged, which could cost around $348 plus labor.

I braced myself for the worst — but less than ten minutes later, Brad returned with my laptop fully working. No part needed replacement. No fee. Just honest, knowledgeable, efficient service.

They simply reset an internal component, the MacBook immediately began charging again, and they sent me on my way with a smile — without charging me anything at all.

In a world where tech repairs often come with unnecessary costs or uncertainty, this team showed real professionalism and genuine customer care. That alone deserves recognition.

Woody and Brad turned a stressful situation into a reassuring one, and I left not only with a functioning laptop, but with renewed trust in Apple’s service quality.

Day 1: Excited to join Team iPhone.
Minute 5: “Where’s your QR code?”
Me: “What QR code?”
Them: “Your QR code.”
Me: “What QR code???” (x3)
After 2.5 hours of QR-code confusion, a kind woman employee helped me finally get my phone. Used it for 4 hours. Couldn’t find settings, couldn’t find peace, couldn’t find life. Returned it. iPhone wasn’t for me — but she deserves Employee of the Year.

“I had a laptop that was used mostly for school. I stopped using it after graduating with my undergraduate degree. Problems include cleaning (keyboard and mouse), processing performance, sound card issue, and charger cable (not functioning properly).At first I was skeptical. After receiving their service, I can say it is acceptable. My mouse cursor on my laptop is now functional. Keyboard can click better albeit some keyboard function issues. My aux/jack port was a problem and not my sound card from what they diagnosed. Cord charger was not repairable.My hard drive was replaced and updated to Windows 10. My data content including photos and documents were transferred. They even gave me my old hard drive when I asked for it.Communication was mildly difficult because of a language barrier, but they were able to speak, communicate, and reciprocate in English well. I’m not a tech guy, but I did want a list of diagnoses for my computer. I got it at the end of my receipt as I stated earlier.The speedy repair was within 3-4 days (including the weekends).”

“I’m from out of town and went in to replace my daughter’s phone as she lost it in an uber. We ended up not being able to purchase a phone as we didn’t know the pin to activate it. The woman we worked with (from Nigeria, I didn’t catch her name) was the most incredibly helpful and thoughtful salesperson I’ve ever witnessed. She didn’t take our money and offered an on the spot therapy session and we all cried. I love that lady. My daughter who lives here will def be going back tomorrow and spending her money at this Apple Store and will probably purchase more items because we know we can trust them.
