“I got a flat tire on a friday. So I called another tire shop and made an appointment. We went over tire size, the number of the tires in stock, tire price and appointment time. I called to let them know I would be 5 minutes late. The guy told me they don't make same day appointments but could fit me in after some back and forth. Then they said they were out of the tire I wanted and only had one over $100 more. So I called this location. They got me in taken care of ant out the door fast. Super friendly. The techs were so amazing. I went back for the other tire a few days later. I was an hour from home and the victim of a late and switch. All 3 of the techs Yousef, Blue, and the older gentleman (who's name i can not remember but got me set up ) are kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They will be getting my business from now on. Thank you Pep Boys. You saved me form being that guy on a doughnut with his hazards on driving down the highway.”
