“Best place to get a flat tire fixed in the Springfield area. Other places kept telling me my tire was unfixable, but Firestone was actually willing to take a look and help. Alec at the front desk was especially great — very helpful, positive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. He made a stressful situation a lot easier.
