Needed tire mounted to newer wheel and balanced … they did it quick without an appointment and charged me half what I expected… I will recommend this shop to anyone who wants a bargain without a fancy waiting room (it’s very rough but the people are very nice)… bravo to this place!”

“I came in 1 and half hour before they closed for a new set of tires and alignment since one of mine blew over the weekend. The gentleman helping me, I believe his name was Mohammed, was very kind and patient. They didn’t have all 4 tires, only 3. However he found me a 4th from another location and had it brought in within the hour!! One of them stayed after their closing time to finish my car. Not once was I rushed or kept waiting unnecessarily. My first time here and I was blown away by the service. I don’t even live in this area but I’ll make the drive just to use their service in the future. Thanks again”

“Costco did great service changing my tires, the only thing that made me give four stars is that why the cashiers don't coordinate with mechanics in order to make sure that customers have paid. Why mechanics bother to ask customers if they have paid or not. Anyway it was a good service on tires.”

“I was recently traveling from Williamsburg to my home in Northeast PA with my daughter, and we were stuck in I-95 traffic when my front brake pads decided their services were no longer needed. Virginia Tire and Auto happened to be the first brake place that came up in a Google search. Melvin and the team were so, so great. Even though it was a busy Saturday, they squeezed me in so that I wouldn't be stranded in an unfamiliar town for two days. Melvin warned me up front that it might take awhile, but he promised they'd get it done. They took pictures of the brake damage and went over the entire repair process with me. The price they quoted was steep, sure, but it was actually lower than my dealership would have charged. They didn't try to upcharge me, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. The service DID take a long time; we were there for about 8 hours, and they ended up staying open an hour past closing to finish the car and get me back on the road. And isn't that what you want from your mechanic? Taking the extra time to do a thorough and safe job? Anyway, we made it home safely, and I'm so grateful to this place. The only downside is that I probably won't be able to take advantage of their very generous warranty on services.”
