“The service department was wonderful . I didn’t have to wait long for my oil change and the staff was great . Austin Stidham and Stephanie Clymer especially”
“Every time I visit this establishment, the gentlemen already know what I’m there for and take care of everything. I don’t even have to leave my vehicle. They will even get my receipt (if we prepaid) and bring it to me.
These guys are the definition of customer service professionals.”
“I'd give them 6 stars if google would let me, every single person I interacted with was nice a willing to help. Repairs were quick and cost effective couldn't be happier with my service here today”
“I recently had an appointment for a tuneup and the Shop Manager and Mechanic’s are very professional and they work very HARD to have your repairs completed in a timely manner. Excellent place Truck and Car repairs !!!!!!”
“If I could give this place my heart I absolutely would. Me and my sister were visiting our family in Ohio and got stuck in the mountains during the night 3 hours out from heading back to South Carolina where we are at currently. These people were so kind we were aloud to sleep in the shop until we got someone to pick us up and take us home after we had to wait three hours because of my car being in the shop here. My Honda dealership couldn’t even find the problem but they did within 2 days!! It’s a very family friendly feeling with these people and I couldn’t be more grateful for them !! This was the most pleasant and stress free car experience in my life thank you guys so much again!!”
“Didn't have a color code for my Volkswagen dune buggy needed an orange the guy that works there had saved a color code for tennessee orange that another guy had put on his Volkswagen said it looked great so I went with it he was right the color pops looks great would recommend this place to everyone if you need paint mixed to the tea just go here you won't regret it!”
“I haven't had my car worked on yet but will evaluate results then. If their car repairs are as good as their people are friendly I'm sure they will rate a 5.”
“This crew was great fitting me in and working on my daughter's car. They don't mind taking the time out to explain things to you! I would definitely recommend Gibson Collision Center.”
