“Jimmy is awesome! We ran into an overheat issue on our Excursion while passing through. Jimmy offered to order the part but we were pressed for time and he came up with a quick solution to get us back on the road to get home and repair it properly later. Awesome guy very friendly, we don't want to break down again, but if we do I hope it's near his shop again.”

“I have used Castle Service Center and my experience has been great. He doesn't charge you anything to tell you what is wrong with your car unlike some places i have gone to wanted to charge me 60.00 just to tell me what was wrong with my car. He is thorough and his work holds up. I feel safer in my car knowing that it was serviced by Castle Service Center and my mind is at ease when I go pick my car up because I know the problem is fixed. This is my 2nd time using them and I will take my car to him for anything that she needs going forward. He is compassionate about his work and he is fair and reasonable. He also gets the job done in a timely manner and has your vehicle back to you quick. I went over yesterday and he got our car straight in and had the parts today to fix it and I will be back on the road this evening. Thank You so much for being there for us Castle Service Center!!! “Definitely recommend Tim's if you need collision repair. They fixed my truck fast after I jack knifed a trailer into the side of my bed. Can't tell it was ever damaged. Had an issue with the plastic bed rails clips being broke of so the rail wasn't secure. I told Tim over the phone he had the part the next day and swapped it out. Honest mistake honestly fixed. Thanks Tim and your guys”
