“Jimmy is awesome! We ran into an overheat issue on our Excursion while passing through. Jimmy offered to order the part but we were pressed for time and he came up with a quick solution to get us back on the road to get home and repair it properly later. Awesome guy very friendly, we don't want to break down again, but if we do I hope it's near his shop again.”

“I have used Castle Service Center and my experience has been great. He doesn't charge you anything to tell you what is wrong with your car unlike some places i have gone to wanted to charge me 60.00 just to tell me what was wrong with my car. He is thorough and his work holds up. I feel safer in my car knowing that it was serviced by Castle Service Center and my mind is at ease when I go pick my car up because I know the problem is fixed. This is my 2nd time using them and I will take my car to him for anything that she needs going forward. He is compassionate about his work and he is fair and reasonable. He also gets the job done in a timely manner and has your vehicle back to you quick. I went over yesterday and he got our car straight in and had the parts today to fix it and I will be back on the road this evening. Thank You so much for being there for us Castle Service Center!!! “Excellent service! We were driving from Virginia Beach and our rear bearing went bad. We called Quality while on the road and they were able to secure the part and waited for us to arrive to complete the repairs. They returned our call promptly and even called back to let us know they had the part and would wait for us to arrive. Excellent repair and our ride home is much quieter and safer. “Took my moms juke in today to get the headlight alignment fixed, turns out the aftermarket headlights we had installed elsewhere, the adjuster bolt was stripped. The gentleman servicing us was thorough in his explanation and what could be expected prior to him looking at it. He did what he could to alleviate our issue, and showed me how to go about adjusting them if needed. Really good guy, and he didnt charge us for his time. While it wasnt able to fully fixed at no fault of theirs, he made it better and were able to see at night much better thanks to him. Its hard to find good honest workers, and Adams showed us they had that. Would be taking our cars here if we ever need body work.”
