Branch manager sure does know how to not run a branch. Waited 35 mins to deposit a check and had to leave because they can't keep up with customers.

Horrible customer service. I deposited my retirement check and the bank placed a hold on it. So, I have to wait a full week. The bank said they doubt they can collect on it. It was cut from TransAmerica and is a Chase Manhattan check.Nothing they can do they say. I've been on the phone all day. Horrid service.

They usually only have one teller that handles the drive thru and inside customers. They should really have two.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
