2001 Clarendon is a quality apartment complex. It’s not too large and it’s extremely well maintained - they literally clean the BBQ spotless every day. Glenn, the property manager, is also super helpful and competent, something that is rare to see nowadays.

I've been living here for almost a year and a half - all of the staff here are amazing. Huge shout out to Carlos the assistant service manager! He's amazing with fixing anything I need in my apartment, incredibly timely, and the most friendly guy!

Great community, management, location & property. Clean and right next to Court house metro. Super friendly staff and tenants! Very nice!
