It's a 7-Eleven, you go in, grab a soda, chips or whatever else you want, the cashier rings you up and you're done. I can't imagine people come in expecting white glove service. I got a coca cola, an ice cream and a small thing of cashwes - 7-Eleven stuff. It was as expected!
