“First off, this is a great T-Mobile store: clean, efficient, and timely, which is always a huge plus since phone upgrades and service changes can sometimes be a lengthy process. The real highlight of the store, though, is Kimberly. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and effective throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know while I upgraded not just one, but three phones and an entire plan, including all of the costs, options, and benefits. She made what could have been a complicated and time-consuming process incredibly easy. If you have the chance to visit this store and Kimberly is there, you’re definitely in great hands.”

However they didn’t kick me out for no shoes… they just warned me to watch my step and then somehow magically there was broken glass all over the ground outside that wasn’t there on the way in… and all the way back to my room… no worries… Lord Jesus watches my steps.”

“I went in today to the Apple Clarendon twice to buy / exchange the new iPhones. Despite this weekend being launch weekend, the service was all around efficient and quick. The store was fully staffed with what felt like all hands on deck, and the line system was well organized. While the service was great all around, Ilir and Dania gave stellar support! Both of them were kind, friendly, personable, and very clearly not just trying to get me my phone and out the door. They made sure to answer all my questions, were very communicative, and kept checking on me even when I wasn’t at their table. Shout out to the whole Apple Clarendon team!”

“I've been here twice in the last month to buy two different iPhones for family members, and both experiences were excellent. Matthew and Santiago went above and beyond to help us set up the phones, answered all of our questions, and explained everything clearly without making us feel rushed. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. the phones were ready before we left the store. Overall, the staff is incredibly helpful. While we were setting up our phones, I noticed that employees greeted customers as soon as they walked in and made sure everyone was directed to the right person for help. That level of customer service really stood out. The location is also very convenient. It's right next to the Pentagon City Metro station, and if you're driving, there's parking underneath the mall. I highly recommend this Apple Store.”

It's significantly better price-wise than the Safeway across the street (the Safeway's prices are basically yelling "You should take the Silver to McLean and go to Wegmans"). It's a pretty good target with decent selection (especially on grocery), and not awful on the pricepoints.”

They do still have a sign up front telling people to wear face masks, but their staff stopped wearing masks. Several customers also do not wear masks any more.”

If you plan on dining here, you will not likely need a reservation as the establishment is open at all times of day. If you are looking for a recommendation, I implore you; do try their roller dogs. They are simply divine, and you must make a trip to the far end of the store, where you will find the chili and cheese station. Add both, you will not regret it. If you are looking for something more sophisticated to garnish your dog with, look no further than table to the chili machines left, where you will find a bountiful harvest of onions, jalapeños, and sauces like mustard and ketchup. Suffice to say I WILL be dining here again. Just keep in mind, seating is limited, so loitering outside while you dine is encouraged.”

“I love that this is right down the street from me and has everything I need from good sales on wine, great snacks and food choices, plus it even has the chewing tobacco I was looking for. Not to mention the employees are really nice at this location. Love that they have Buldak Ramen. Again, very good customer service. I previously mentioned you may get asked by someone standing outside for food or money but that seems to be mostly at night and I have shopped here many times, as again it is right down the street, and been here for 3 years. Happen to work night shift but daytime seems fine. Only more recently been coming here a lot and will continue to do so.”
