“I've been here twice in the last month to buy two different iPhones for family members, and both experiences were excellent. Matthew and Santiago went above and beyond to help us set up the phones, answered all of our questions, and explained everything clearly without making us feel rushed. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. the phones were ready before we left the store.
Overall, the staff is incredibly helpful. While we were setting up our phones, I noticed that employees greeted customers as soon as they walked in and made sure everyone was directed to the right person for help. That level of customer service really stood out.
The location is also very convenient. It's right next to the Pentagon City Metro station, and if you're driving, there's parking underneath the mall. I highly recommend this Apple Store.”
“A convenient, clean, well lit neighborhood 7-Eleven. Always open, rain or shine. The best part is they have Amazon Lockers inside. Easy return to Amazon or pick up. They do still have a sign up front telling people to wear face masks, but their staff stopped wearing masks. Several customers also do not wear masks any more.”

“This is by far my favorite 7-Eleven! I've even gotten to know a lot of their customers because I guess they think it's a friendly place to go as well. All of the employees are outstanding, great at their jobs, helpful , and just a lot more customer oriented then I get at other 7-Elevens, Except one older guy with glasses and he's kind of tall who works in the evenings usually, who just seems lazy and generally abrasive...... “A truly marvelous establishment. I have spent much time loitering outside after dining here. If you plan on dining here, you will not likely need a reservation as the establishment is open at all times of day. If you are looking for a recommendation, I implore you; do try their roller dogs. They are simply divine, and you must make a trip to the far end of the store, where you will find the chili and cheese station. Add both, you will not regret it. If you are looking for something more sophisticated to garnish your dog with, look no further than table to the chili machines left, where you will find a bountiful harvest of onions, jalapeños, and sauces like mustard and ketchup. Suffice to say I WILL be dining here again. Just keep in mind, seating is limited, so loitering outside while you dine is encouraged.”

The real highlight of the store, though, is Kimberly. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and effective throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know while I upgraded not just one, but three phones and an entire plan, including all of the costs, options, and benefits.
