AVA Ballston Square is a wonderful place to live! The staff is great, it’s in a convenient location (easily walkable to the Ballston metro), and there are fantastic amenities (pool, grill, gym, etc).

I have the temperature here since it’s a wonderful place. The amenities are nice and the apartments are great! The concierge and the stuff are so helpful and accommodating. It really is a wonderful community..
