However, the management is very poor and the system is chronically understaffed. A common complaint is that there is often only one person at the front desk, leading to huge lines, long wait times, and multiple phones ringing. Even with an appointment, customers report it taking thirty minutes just to check in or pick up a car. Simple services like a tire rotation can take over two hours, while tire replacement can exceed three hours. The strong recommendation from reviewers is for Costco to hire more front desk and sales staff to support the efficient and pleasant employees.
Waited 3 hours for a tire repair but the Assistant GM called to apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciate the follow up!

My tire installation appointment was on Sunday at 10am. Got there on time and the whole process took less than an hour. Everyone I spoke to was nice, it was a pleasant experience.
