“I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Literally the best tire shop I've ever been to.I went there because I had a slow leak in one tire and I assumed that I just picked up a nail and would have to have it plugged. As it turns out I did have a nail but it hadn't pierced the rubber so it wasn't the cause of the leak.After a thorough examination Marley, the guy working on my car, found there was an issue with a label that had not been removed from the tire, and rubber flashing that had been left on the tire from manufacturing, that was causing the leak. Also the rim was slightly bent from where I hit a pothole.Not only did they fix the tire, but they also took the other one off on that side to see if the rim was bent. It wasn't. Super competitive price, and friendly, knowledgeable service. I will be buying all my tires here from now on.”

“Hello. I frequent Auto America for my car maintenance and have been coming to them for years. I just wanted to provide a special thank you to Alex today for his excellent customer service. Also the service team for getting me in and out today as it wasn't a scheduled appointment. I had just been in yesterday for an oil change and state inspection and this morning my car wouldn't start. Called and Alex told me to bring it in. When I arrived he saw me in the parking lot, greeted me by name and got my key to see what the issue was. Luckily it was just a battery issue and I was given a fair price for parts and labor. Shortly after he told me I was good to go! “I am always nervous about getting ripped off at a mechanic because I know little about cars, but Angel and his team are incredibly honest and helpful. I dropped my car off, thinking there was an issue with it as it squeaked occassionally, but Angel and his team test drove it and even had me do a test drive. They helpfully explained what I should watch for, what the sound could've been, and didn't charge me at all since there were no problems with my car. “This service center took great care of me and my car today. I needed 4 new tires and a headlight replacement. I dropped my car off around 1:00pm and although they were extremely busy, they made sure my car was serviced same-day. They even stayed open after business hours to make sure the job was completed. The staff was very professional and kind, and enlightened me about all things tires. The service tech even came up to my car and let my rambunctious puppy give him kisses, when I was dropping off my car! The service manager made sure to point me toward a great discount on 4 tires and an alignment. I highly recommend this location!”

“My experience with the tire center was great and 100% attributable to the only person I needed to interact with: Brittny. She's super nice, very friendly, and one of the most competent people I've ever seen performing the juggling act of dealing with customers, assessing their needs, capturing the details she needs from us, handling the paperwork, remembering to validate our parking tickets before we leave, answering the phone, scheduling service, phoning current customers to update them on status.... all of it super fast and efficient.Today there were 2 people in line in front of me, with 5 seated and waiting, and 3 more came in behind me in just a few minutes. But Brittny was working her magic to get everybody taken care of as fast as possible.One Karen got up to complain that she had an appointment and why did she have to wait so long and she had to go to another appointment and blah blah. Brittny didn't argue or explain about their drop-ins policy, just realized she had a Karen on her hands, got her manager, brought out the lady's key because she said she had other places to be, and moved on to the next customer who needed her.I hope management reads this and gives Brittny the recognition she deserves.”
