“Absolutely incredible customer service and honest, fair pricing. My Prius had a minor problem that I knew was a simple fix. Koons wanted $180 just to run a “diagnostic” check plus parts and labor. The guys at cherrydale diagnosed a blown ignition fuse and I was out with an $81 bill, while it would have been well over $300+ at Koons! Very fair and honest. Highly reccomend!”

“Hello. I frequent Auto America for my car maintenance and have been coming to them for years. I just wanted to provide a special thank you to Alex today for his excellent customer service. Also the service team for getting me in and out today as it wasn't a scheduled appointment. I had just been in yesterday for an oil change and state inspection and this morning my car wouldn't start. Called and Alex told me to bring it in. When I arrived he saw me in the parking lot, greeted me by name and got my key to see what the issue was. Luckily it was just a battery issue and I was given a fair price for parts and labor. Shortly after he told me I was good to go! “I've worked with them for years and generally trusted them. But I recently paid thousands for a suspension and power steering repair only to run into more problems afterwards. They were willing to verify the repairs but basically said I was SOL. Further, they wanted to charge me $80 for a cabin air filter replacement which is just insulting. Filters are cheap and take 2 minutes to install.”

Rather than trying to upsell me on new tires, the team quickly assessed the damage and recommended an internal patch for just $50, saving me hundreds of dollars on replacement tires. Despite having a full shop and several vehicles ahead of me, they fit me in and had everything done within a few hours. Hardworking crew, reasonable pricing, and straightforward service. “5 stars for Bernadette at the Costco Tire Center! The bad news today was learning I needed to spend another money replacing two tires. The exceptional news was getting to meet Bernadette. I’ve been to this Tire Center multiple times, and tire issues can understandably be frustrating. From the start, Bernadette provided exceptional customer service. She made sure I understood what was happening, what my options were, and why. When I initially heard that my 17-month-old tires needed replacing, I was skeptical. I came back with questions, and Bernadette actually came outside with a tread gauge and measured the tires with me. Sure enough, my rear tires were down to 2/32”. She calmly explained the safety implications and helped me understand how my rotation schedule contributed to the wear. I came back again with another question, and once again she was patient, knowledgeable, professional and never made me feel like I was bothering her. I walked in unhappy about spending more money. I walked out smarter, confident I was making the right decision for my family, and with an even greater appreciation for Costco. Bernadette is a phenomenal ambassador for Costco and an asset to this store. Please recognize her publicly, promote her, give her a raise, or all three. She deserves it!”
