“I had a really good experience with this NTB location after picking up a nail in one of my Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires. I had just bought a brand new set of four tires in May, so getting a puncture a month later was frustrating, especially once we realized the nail was too close to the sidewall and the tire could not be safely patched.
German, the shop manager, and Marvin were both great to work with. They were patient, clear about what needed to happen, and got the replacement handled within the day. You can tell this shop is juggling a lot between appointments, walk-ins, deadlines, and customers who all need help quickly, but the team stayed professional and kept things moving.
I also appreciated that they explained why the tire had to be replaced instead of patched. They even showed me the jar of nails, screws, and other road hazards they have pulled from tires, which made me feel a little less unlucky. Apparently, with all the construction around town, this happens more often than you’d think.
Big shoutout to German and Marvin. They took care of the issue, communicated well, and made an annoying tire situation much easier to deal with. I will definitely come back to this NTB location.”

“I’ve been taking my vehicle to this shop now for almost 3 years. Alex does a great job explaining what type of maintenance needs to be done. He’s a friendly, honest and a good service advisor, hard to find nowadays. The facility is neat and clean, and there’s WiFi in the waiting room, coffee. Everyone from the cashier to the mechanics are super professional. Every single person I’ve recommended to Auto America, for their automotive needs, they were satisfied. “I've worked with them for years and generally trusted them. But I recently paid thousands for a suspension and power steering repair only to run into more problems afterwards. They were willing to verify the repairs but basically said I was SOL.
Further, they wanted to charge me $80 for a cabin air filter replacement which is just insulting. Filters are cheap and take 2 minutes to install.”

“They changed ownership in Aug 2025. I got tires right before they switched and went back to check on the balance and the new owners were really nice and made sure I was good. Tires I got were way cheaper than new and seemed to be in really good condition. I'd go back for sure”
“Loved working with the sales manager. Got all 4 tires replaced and the service was prompt. Only issue is that I was getting a free oil change promotion and i asked could i get that credited to my account as was assured the they could, but they did then change any way. I had just gotten my oil changes 3 weeks before the tire change 😟”

“Hello. I frequent Auto America for my car maintenance and have been coming to them for years. I just wanted to provide a special thank you to Alex today for his excellent customer service. Also the service team for getting me in and out today as it wasn't a scheduled appointment. I had just been in yesterday for an oil change and state inspection and this morning my car wouldn't start. Called and Alex told me to bring it in. When I arrived he saw me in the parking lot, greeted me by name and got my key to see what the issue was. Luckily it was just a battery issue and I was given a fair price for parts and labor. Shortly after he told me I was good to go! Make an appointment and plan for about two hours. Plenty to do around the area in the meantime.
The service isn't as fast as discount tire, but beats driving down to Fredericksburg. And cheaper than getting it installed anywhere else around here.”
