Residents have also dealt with issues like frequent roaches, broken elevators and limited parking. However, the maintenance supervisor Adonis and staff member Carlos Gonzalez have been praised for their attentiveness, efficiency and quality of work. Overall, while Crystal House offers desirable amenities and location, the management and maintenance experiences seem to vary greatly for residents.
