I love this goodwill. The people that work here are so nice and sweet. They will go out their way to help you to find or whatever you i'm looking for and people really don't. I want to go out a way to help you like they used to, but at this door they do a real good customer service for what type of score it is which is great and they have great employees again. You should thank your employees because they go out the way to help the customers. So please thank your employee, say thank you to them in their upper management. You need to say thank you and you appreciate them because they go out their way to make sure the customers are happy

A decent Goodwill location with two levels. The basement level can only be accessed via stairs.
Top level includes women's clothing, women's shoes, home goods, electronics, music and books.
Bottom level includes men's clothes, men's shoes, wall art, rugs, pillows, exercise equipment and larger storage containers.
There is limited parking in the small parking lot.

Great for women’s clothing. It’s my go to store when shopping for business attire but I also find great casual/everyday and comfy clothes. Although many seem to comment on parking issues, it’s never been an issue for me even on weekends.

Rude lady in front Younger, maybe mid aged black lady with red dreads in her hair I heard her talking crap as I walked out the door about it attitude. There was no attitude because two people asked me the same questions she made a comment and then she gave a A weird face with her lick shivered and her whole face squished so I did it back mean, honey if you have a problem just step outside I don’t care if his work or not you was rude and Fugly while standing in the line for four minutes you were just walking around worried about some donuts. The whole crew was.

They seem to have a very fast turnover of items at this location. Weekends are busy and the wait for checkout can be a long time (greater than in some cases).
Decent selection of clothes. No books.

I had pants with a tag on that they couldn't return. They cited something about serial numbers that they never use. Merry Christmas Goodwill! 👎

The store is small with limited parking. They don’t have a huge selection of books or home goods. This is the place for sporting equipment especially kids’ ski stuff and lacrosse. I find some hidden gems here: Hunter Wellies with the inserts NWT, a Nanette Lepore Coat, Ann Mashburn dress and blouses, Veronica Beard scuba blazer, a lot of boys’ lacrosse tournament pinnies from holidays I cut up and framed from here. I find good outerwear for women here too. It’s very best and clean and the staff here have exceptional customer service and are always willing to help. This is my favorite local Goodwill.

I decided to shop for work clothes and thought I’d stop by after being disappointed by Current Boutique down the street.
I spent $58 for a Calvin Klein skirt, a LL Bean shirt, a suede dress coat and a J Crew skirt (plus some another skirt.) I feel like I got a great deal for these items and they were all is great condition.
I got there around 7pm so once I collected all my goodies they announced they would be locking the dressing rooms. I just kinda stood by the stalls thinking how I could ensure my treasures would fit, but two employees noticed me looking distressed and asked if I wanted to try them on. Of course I said I would really appreciate that, so they unlocked one and let me in, even though I fully expected them to keep the stalls closed.
Everyone at the store was very kind and helpful, and the store itself was very clean and overall pretty organized. Some of the dress sizes were mixed into the wrong spots, but that’s my only complaint.
I will be stopping by again!

Tonight at the Goodwill off of Columbia Pike in South Arlington, I had an unpleasant encounter with a manager named Sadie. Despite my acknowledgment and expression of gratitude for her notification that they were closing, she repeatedly insisted that I get in line without taking the time to finish inspecting an item I wished to purchase. When I did not comply with her demands, she spoke loudly about me within earshot of employees and customers before retreating to the back of the store. This behavior is unacceptable and does not align with good customer service practices. She humiliated me.

They refused to sell me an item I found in the store. Asked to speak with a manager to better understand why and the cashier refused. Won’t be donating or shopping at this location again :(

Yesterday a woman who works there locked me in the dressing room. I couldn’t get out I had to crawl under the door. I went to pay and she was near by and just kept glaring at me.

I went to the store today, they asked me to round up, I said no thank you. They round me up anyways and when I mentioned it they were so rude like if it was my mistake.I can understand the accidental round up but I don't understand their attitude.

Well organized, but I've never seen such an overpriced thrift store! You could go down the street to Marshalls or TJ Maxx for new items at half the price- pants were $25, a sweatshirt was $30, shoes were $25-$40, etc. defeats the purpose of thrift shopping!
