This store needs to hire more competent employees because it’s literally turning customers like myself away real quick and I will not be returning whatsoever. I went THREE different locations to do a simple return for something I had the receipt for and NO ONE could do it. One store said their computer system was down so they couldn’t do it, another one was completely closed when it supposed to be open, then the third one (this Pentagon City location) had the rudest associate. She acted like I was stressing her out TO DO HER JOB. She immediately was frustrated and said she couldn’t do the return before trying. Plus the associates give out inconsistent information. One associate said I could return at any store and another one said they couldn’t accept returns from another store. I will absolutely never buy anything from here again. Plus the jewelry turns color way too fast; I know this is costume jewelry but the quality of this jewelry is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. This store has so much potential to be great but they need to change things soon or it’s not going to last long.

I was shopping in this store around 6:30 today and had THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had in my life. There was a female employee petite young black women working and she accused me of stealing. I was standing there waiting to pay for the jewelry I had in my shopping basket they provide in the store. She called a security guard to escort me out, and I was MORTIFIED! I went back in and asked her if there were a misunderstanding, she offered to give me corporates number, but then refused! If this is the same employee that has terrible reviews, why is she still employed?

I really love shopping at Lovisa — the store always has beautiful accessories and a great selection. However, the customer service experience can vary depending on who is working. When the male staff member is there, he’s always friendly, helpful, and makes the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, when the female staff member is working, she often seems unapproachable and gives off an attitude that makes it uncomfortable to ask questions. It can make you feel hesitant or timid to ask for assistance, which takes away from the overall experience. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency in customer service, as I truly enjoy the store otherwise.

The manager Britney and assistant manager were amazing and really went beyond to help me with my visit and were so sweet to my daughter. Would highly recommend!

I recently deleted a very bad review about the previous manager and associate. They no longer work here. Thank god! Went in today and was greeted by the two ladies there. So helpful and friendly! Was definitely a nice change. Hopefully that continues .

I wouldn’t even give it one star because of the horrible experience I had at this Lovisa store today. There was a cashier girl at the store who was extremely rude and screamed at me.
She refused to return the item and asked me to return it to the same store where I purchased it from even though on the website it is clearly mentioned that you can return it to any store. I mean that’s ridiculous!
I don’t know even after so many complaints, why no action has been taken till now?? What is the manager upto?
I will never ever visit that store ever again.

I visited the store yesterday evening and encountered a terrible experience. I selected two items from the clearance section, which were supposed to be $5 each. However, when I was billed, the total for those two items came to $40. Since there were people waiting behind me, I went ahead and made the payment. Just two minutes later, I approached an employee to clarify the pricing, but he rudely informed me that not everything in the clearance section was discounted. When I asked to return the items, he with a rude tone told me returns were not allowed. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I had the worst experience with this store. I asked for two piercings and was charged for four earrings . When I requested that they correct the mistake as I only needed two and reimburse me, the employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she refused to assist and claimed the earrings could not be returned, even though she had not yet handed me the merchandise. I informed her that I no longer wanted the earrings or the service due to her rudeness. In the end, I didn’t receive the earrings or any service, and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Her attitude was unacceptable, and I’m highly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. I would not recommend doing business here.

The light skin girl at the register with all of the ear piercings is EXTREMELY rude. She was on FaceTime carrying on a conversation while checking us out 😩 . I asked her a question and she had such an attitude and then I ended up purchasing the wrong thing.

They have a misleading offer, on the signs they say 3×12 and you ask the employees and they state the discount section when you get to the checkout, they charge you too much and tell you that only the ones with the blue sticker have a discount. When you want to return they tell you that it is not possible and they read you the details of the invoice. I will never return and of course I will talk about the poor customer service they have.

The guy that claims he is a police officer and it’s his store needs to be fired before someone really hurts him! He is rude and a disgrace to ANY establishment! I have video and have already submitted a complaint to the company!
