Here is happy shopper with Ms. Olivia. She is gem!. I asked help from her to get some dress to my sister and mom she offers my so many beautiful options and I ended up buying whole bunch of nice dresses and outfits! She deserves promotion!

These pictures are deceiving. This store is a mess. Tried ordering online instead and that's even worse. Wv fulfillment sent us 3 orders that were wrong before finally getting the right one 6 months later. Don't deal with this unreliable company folks

Very Disappointed and Hurt by the Treatment I Received
I’ve been shopping at the shoe department in Pentagon City Mall (Arlington) for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like what happened during my most recent visit.
On July 2, 2025, around 12:00–12:30 PM, I went in, smiled, and said hello to a staff member — an African woman who I’ve seen working there for many years. I politely asked her for a shoe size, but her response shocked me. She didn’t respond to my greeting, avoided eye contact, and treated me with such a cold and unfriendly attitude that I felt deeply uncomfortable.
When I reached out my hand for the shoes, she placed them on the sofa instead of handing them to me directly. She walked away without saying a word. Her facial expression was angry and unwelcoming. It felt like she didn’t even want to help me at all. I don’t know her, and we’ve never spoken before, so I have no idea what caused this behavior — but it made me feel hurt, disrespected, and even scared.
I left the store feeling very upset. After being a loyal customer in that department for over 20 years, I now feel uncomfortable returning. This was not just bad service — it felt personal, and it should never happen to anyone.
I hope store management takes this seriously. All customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.
