Customers have had positive experiences with Macy's, praising the helpful staff, such as Ms. Olivia, who provided excellent service and offered many beautiful options. One shopper was assisted by a nice fellow in Finishline during a rainy day, making their experience pleasant. Another customer, Abdul, was patient and helpful in assisting with the daunting task of buying a tuxedo. However, some customers have noted that Macy's can be understaffed, especially on weekends, and that the organization and pricing can be inconsistent. Additionally, the store's selection of casual wear and jeans for tall and big-and-tall men was surprisingly limited, which disappointed one customer, leading them to rate the store 4 out of 5 stars.
