My recent experience with the vehicle service at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington was incredibly frustrating. Despite making an online appointment and receiving multiple reminders, I arrived to find a chaotic and unorganized drop-off area. No one greeted me or guided me. The service advisors seemed disinterested and more occupied with their computers, with only one of them helping customers.After a long wait, the valet manager stepped in to assist, but it was evident that the service advisors were more focused on their computers than on servicing the people waiting to check-in. My assigned advisor was unavailable on both days I visited. This experience was by far the worst I've had at a Mercedes-Benz service department, and I'm now willing to drive an extra 30 minutes to another dealer to avoid this poor level of service. Mercedes-Benz of Arlington needs significant improvements in its customer service.

Geoff took great care of me and of my MB! He's immediately on top of things and clearly presents information. He's also personable and always has a smile! At first, I was a bit worried as I found out that Dan Moreau had switched dealers (a well deserved promotion!!), but Geoff was extremely competent right from the get go. I'm in good hands at MB of Arlington!

Never take your car there for services. Everytime I take my car there, it's return to me with new issues I've never experienced before. I own a 1 owner 2017 Mercedes that I've kept well maintenance, although it has 80k miles. Everytime I mention the new issues I've experienced with my vehicle I'm told of the mileage and am constantly trying to be persuade on making a new purchase. There isn't a car I love more than my current model so I'm not interested in a new car. It disgusts me that a company such as Mercedes will hire people who's in the business of destroying peoples cars in order to make profits. I'm working on rigging my car with hidden camera to catch these crooks in the act and hopefully getting nationwide attention on the matter. These is ridiculous and I'll will get justice

Went in person with my son to purchase a 2023 E 350. Was greeted by an older, slim Anglo, Saxon, gentleman with distinguished accent who stated he has worked their for 19 years worked to hard to get me to purchase a C Class because it was 20 k cheaper. I was immediately offended by his comments, especially when I pull in the dealership with an E class 350. Simply looking to upgrade to a current year. His response was if that's how I want to waste my money. Not sure if it was because I was female, or my nationality, however we left and I came back 2 days later and worked with a Mercedes been representative who looks like me and received superior service. Diversity training certainly needs to be considered for a this person selling cars from this dealership.

I brought my Mercedes here to be serviced after several years of my vehicle being in Germany with me. I did not have a great experience in Germany with the Mercedes dealership, so I was a bit weary. I am new to the DC area, so I read reviews to determine which Mercedes to go to. I believe I made the best choice with Mercedes Arlington. Terrance was my service advisor, and he was amazing. He was patient and flexible with my unique situation, and he delivered excellent service and solid communication despite being extremely busy. I hope not to return until my next service date, but if I must, I know I will be in good hands with this service team, especially Terrance.

Booked a weekend service appointment online but never received a confirmation. I called directly to inquire about the appointment since I had already booked a tow. Let a message and never received a call back.

I should've read the reviews before I purchased a car from this dealer. Let's just say in a nutshell, I'll never purchase another Mercedes again it was just bad. The worst car experience I've had with what should've been my nicest car for retirement. Now I know why the manufacturers want to get rid of the dealerships. Completely got robbed!

This place is the worst Benz service area in the DMV region. I am giving this low review due to the unprofessional and nonchalant attitude of the employees. I brought my vehicle in for service($200k) the initial greeter was polite and welcome me and helped me to the advisor. Now this is where the problem began. The service advisor was rude and mad that the initial person told me to come to him. I expressed that I need service done. The advisor said "I can't take your vehicle" ummm excuse me sir I didn't say I needed instant service and was prepared to dropped the car off for days if need be. The advisor made sure to tell me how backed up they were to deter me from getting service done. Again I never gave a time limit. I then asked he he had the number to the nearest Benz dealership and he said "uhhh yea this the website but I don't think the number is right" he didn't want me to visit another dealership but wasn't willing to service my vehicle. But it gets even better. I then stepped away to call Tyson's Benz and while on the phone I witness a female customer come pick her vehicle up and as she left the advisor desk, he proceeded to make a butt smacking gesture in her direction behind her back. The other advisors were laughing. Very unprofessional and made me leave asap. Would not recommend this dealer unless you want rudeness and sexual gestures made towards you and your family members.

Through a friend who is broker I recently purchased a2019 5000 mile2019 AMG GT63.The car was shipped directly from Mercedes of Arlington and arrived with no owners manuals etc.My broker contacted Arlington Mercedes and they said they would send the books. After numerous phone calls they stopped taking the dealers' calls.When contacted by Mercedes customer service they said the car was sold "as is where is"This was a $137,000 purchase!Through our company we have purchased over a dozen MB's and AMG'sThis was very disappointing.I would never recommend this dealership.Danny B

I rarely leave a review for anything, but the service here has been so poor and uncaring I felt like I would try and save some people a lot of disappointment.I have been trying to get a windshield for over 3 months and just keep getting the run around, no follow up and no resolution.As long as they make the sell, everything will be fine, but you better hope there isn’t a follow up problem

This the absolute worse dealership in the United States. Their General Manager Bert is a fraud and a liar and no better can be said about their sales people. We ordered a brand new car on 11/15/22 and they produced it in June 2023. The car came with options we did not ordered, they acknowledged it and re-ordered it. When the new one came in they assured that all the options where in there from the original order...only to find out when we left that they lied. The defrauded us for $108,000 , and Bert lied to MBUSA even with the paperwork and proof of the order in front of him. He is a fraud, a liar and a despicable person who will lie and cheat your family hard earned money bewareBert O'Neal is such a fraud and dishonest person that he was fired from Mercedes Benz of Chantilly after over 25 years there with a bad track record of defrauding customers so that tells you what Mercedes Benz of Arlington stands for!

I was very fortunate to work with Larry who had been referred to me by a friend. How lucky I was!! He seem to know what I needed and wanted and mad the process run very smoothly. I have never leased a car so easily. He answered all my questions and helped me and explained thoroughly. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone wanting a Mercedes.

Although I had a great experience with my service advisor I'm completely satisfied with great experience from advisor Jason Allen whom is always professional, proficient and committed to providing great customer service. I am not satisfied with the cost paid of my recent service of replacing brake lines that should be connected to Mercedes Benz recall to replace rusted sub-frame. However if not part of the recall the cost should not be as expensive to replace as the labor should not have been as much due to the sub frames replacement and that this is were the brake lines sit on. I'm extremely disappointed with this type of strong armed service as the cost would have been the same had I just replaced them separately.

The team at MB Arlington is phenomenal. From scheduling to arrival & pickup - everything was seamless. They provided a detailed explanation (and estimate) of the work required. They were very responsive. And made everything easy from start to finish. Of note, I would like to highlight Javier as my service advisor, and I've worked with Brent previously - who was available for my pickup. Both make all the difference in the service experience. Grateful for their efforts & they're the reason I return to this location.
