Booked a weekend service appointment online but never received a confirmation. I called directly to inquire about the appointment since I had already booked a tow. Let a message and never received a call back.

Our, sales manager, Paul Tchong was terrific. He allowed us to take several test drives on our own to evaluate the vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We were very grateful for his assistance with our new Mercedes-Benz.

Not a five star only because I've only been here once. But they took me in without an appointment while they were very backed up. Oil change on cla45...little bit more pricey than Fletcher Jones in Newport but service is hard to come by here apparently
