Nova Cat Clinic is a Gold Cat-Friendly Practice that provides a cat-friendly environment and is passionate about cats, their loved ones, and their care. They offer a full range of services, including wellness examinations, boarding, dental care, and I-131 treatment for hyperthyroid cats. The clinic has created a calm atmosphere that helps cats feel comfortable and less stressed during their visits. Clients praise the clinic's exceptional care and attention, particularly during their cat's I-131 treatment, where they received daily updates on their senior kitty's progress. The staff is described as kind, caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Tores is noted for explaining exams and results well, and the boarding service has received high praise, especially for the updates and photos sent by staff, which help pet owners feel reassured while away. NOVA Cat Clinic is highly recommended for its excellent service and commitment to feline health. However, it's important to note that the clinic is still very COVID-conscious and requires clients to call from the parking lot before being allowed to enter.
Great experience! 🐱 The staff was friendly, caring, and professional. They treated our cat with so much patience and kindness and made the entire visit stress-free. Highly recommend! ❤️

New facility is nice. Expert care from folks who love cats. Update: The staff and vets were wonderful when one of our cats was euthanized.
