“Jessica and Dr. Dowling have been excellent. I am having some brain fog issues and they and the office team have bern very supportive. Dr. Dowling and Jessica and Katie write down everything we discuss. I couldn’t give Rana my 12 yr old chi mix the care she needs and deserves without the Imed department. Dr. Dowling also pairs with My regular vet CH Arlington (Dr. Garcia) on the decision making of Ranas’ treatment. Rana had disc surgery at CVCA in Springfieldi, Va Oct 2024. They have a lot they have to consider regarding her disc surgery and IBD. At 77 I retired in Jan 2018. Throughout my many employment years I have worked part time and full time at various Veterinary practices. Picture is Rana and my neighbors rescue Maple. They both like to sunbathe on my stoop. Rana protects Maple if anyone messes with her BFF.”

“We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Sites for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Cosmo. From the very beginning, Dr. Sites treated Cosmo with such kindness, patience, and genuine concern. It was clear that his well-being was a true priority. Veterinary care and surgery can be an emotional experience, and Dr. Sites made us feel heard, supported, and reassured every step of the way. The combination of professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and warmth was truly exceptional. Thank you, Dr. Sites, for caring for Cosmo with such a kind heart. We are so appreciative of everything you’ve done and would wholeheartedly recommend Cosmo’s care to anyone looking for a veterinarian who treats both pets and their families with genuine compassion. ❤🐾”
