Overcharging residents and making them pay $25.00 fees for nonsense. They make residents pay this slabs it’s a scam, they are pocketing the extra money. Residents are on SSI/SSDI getting paid monthly but they are forced to pay $25.00, when they can’t pay weekly! SCAMMERS!
