“A destination playground! A huge variety of equipment, partially fenced, decent shade in some portions. The sandbox is a hit and big kids love the massive rope course and slide structure.
The community center across the parking lot has public restrooms during business hours.
Free parking lot, though it's often full, with free street parking surrounding the park as well.
Pavilion often has parties happening under it on the weekend. Sundays are CRAZY during farmer's market season.”
“Cute place with food coffee and food! I absolutely love their mission and community outreach. Please support local businesses with purpose like this great establishment!”
“You'll have to leave security and re-enter to get there but the workers are very nice. It's not a top end USO like Dallas or Chicago but its relaxing for a layover.”
“Private membership charity, socializing, and pool.
Beautiful grounds, picnic area, playground, volleyball area, tennis court.
Great for families.”
“We are very thankful for the support we received from the ECDC team especially from Mohammad Khalis Mohammad Baig and Esra Nur Bulan.
Khalis, helped us with various services and guided us with great professionalism. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about the people he supports.
Esra, our lawyer, assisted me with my forms and applications. She is extremely calm, supportive, and knows exactly what she’s doing. With her, there is no need to stress, just visit Esra, and you’ll be in safe hands.
We’re really happy with the help we received from both of them and highly recommend their services.”

“We saw Sherlock in Wonderland, what a fun show! Great performers, great crew and supporting staff! My whole family enjoyed the show and we can’t wait to see what they come up with next!”

“If you are a veteran, you should be going to the American Legion. Come out to Post 85 on Thursday nights for darts. They have 4 dart boards and plenty of darts. Plenty of good people.
Bands come out on occasion. Never know what's gonna be playing. Other events happen ask the time.”
“my fav place to thrift! i always go with my best friend and find the best stuff. if you’re big on customer service it wasn’t the best but we really didn’t need any help besides checkout which was fine. other than that it’s pretty clean and i always find a couple good pieces! prices aren’t bad, some things are more expensive than others but most of the time ranging from $1-$15!”
“The United Services Organization or USO, is the marquee organization in the United States dedicated to making the lives of service members (those deployed forward and those here at home) just a little bit easier. Scratch that, they make a HUGE difference in the lives of America's military and the loved ones left at home. There are other service organizations helping our military and our veterans, but USO sets the standard and remains literally on the front lines and in our home communities. EVERY TIME I deployed, USO was right there with me and more importantly, with the folks with whom I serve. They take care of us and they're right there for our families as well. If you miss reading a bedtime story to your kids because you're in Kabul? The USO has a program where they'll video you reading that favorite bedtime book and then email it off to your kids. Want to watch the Super Bowl or a World Series Game? The USO is there to make sure you don't miss a move! The USO makes leaving your family behind suck a little less and they make coming home a lot easier too! You just can't say enough good things about the USO, but my thumbs are tired so I'm going to stop now. My only hope is that other service people or their families will post more pictures so my ugly mug isn't the first thing Yelpers see when the search for the USO Headquarters!”
“Dawson Terrace Community Center and Park is north of Rosslyn in a mostly residential neighborhood called North Highland. It's along the highway and the Potomac River. The community center itself is in a historic stone building. The park is behind it with a section for smaller kids and a rope playground with a massive blue slide for older kids. There's a trail that leads to the remains of a castle.”
“An environmental group that concentrates on actively preserving environmentally interesting and endangered locations. If you want to keep locations natural, you have to buy them or at least buy the development rights. If you want a more detailed review, you can look them up on charity navigators.”
“UMGC office is located here. It is easily accessible for students to speak with a VSOC and academic advisor. Lots of restaurants near by the blue and yellow line metro is right in the same location”
“These guys do great things for the neighborhood! If you're a small business owner stop by! If you have questions of concerns the lovely people at this organization can help!”
“People may have their grievances about Yoga Alliance and they are the closest thing to a certifying body that we have in the United States. It is unacceptable for them to not take action based on leigitmate grievances and please tell me what alternative you would suggest for a certifying organization for yoga teachers in the United States. Personally, I have had no issues with YA so far.”

“I get that they do flood the mailbox with mailings. I wish they would not do that, however, it is not true that they are a "fake business" or "service". They are an organization, and an excellent one. They never scam anyone. Just wish they would spend the money more on the organization then filling my mailbox with paper, ink and stamps!”
“I was looking a MacBook charger but they didn't have it. I can't really hold that against them though because that's a very specific item that is highly uncommon at Goodwill stores. Were I looking for some more everyday appliances and appliance accessories, I'm sure I'd find what it.”
“The reason this place isn’t 3 stars is because the men’s sauna is spectacular. The sauna is above and beyond all other ymca saunas I’ve been to. The weights are acceptable but not great, there’s no pool, the people at the front are pretty useless but that’s par for the course at many YMCAs, at least they’re not as rude as the staff at Alexandria. Also they recently started doing towels which is awesome. The hours are what you would expect for a smaller YMCA. If you can get into XSPORT when they have deals that’s probably better overall since it’s 24 hours. Lifetime is nice but not worth the money.”
“I had a positive experience. I was experiencing a difficult time getting settled out of state. It was not only a financial hardship but emotional. I had so many negative experiences and little resources or anyone I could turn to for help. I was in the process of losing everything, housing and transportation and they came through for me when I felt completely hopeless. I was helped by Ruth . She not only took an interest in my situation but me as a person. She showed kindness , respect and compassion with no judgement but chose to help me . This has been a blessing I will always remember going forward.”
“From start to finish everyone at Lucky Dog was very helpful. They walked me through the adoption process smoothly and answered all my questions. Henry is doing great in his new home. We are working on potty training and crate training. I’m glad I made the choice to adopt and should I decide to add to my family in the future I would definitely use Lucky Dog again.”
