The Westin Arlington is noted for its convenient and excellent location, within walking distance of offices, coffee shops, restaurants, and a bus station. Many guests find the hotel clean and nice, with spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff receives consistent praise for being super helpful, friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast is frequently described as incredible and great. While some guests feel the rooms are a little dated and could use updating, the overall service often exceeds expectations. The hotel provides a quiet and safe atmosphere with a great outdoor patio area, leading many to state they would definitely stay there again.
First time staying here. It is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Front desk service was great and provided a wonderful upgrade.

Front desk staff is great! Restaurant staff is quite the opposite. Disconnected attitude and service, especially by their F&B Manager and AM bar person. Please do better.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. From check in to check out, everything was handled wonderfully by Retno from Indonesia. She was very kind and helpful. I would definitely love to stay here again on my future trips.
