Staff are extremely helpful and have been extremely helpful in mitigating prescription and insurance issues. While there was an instance of young front counter pharmacy techs being rude, the overall timing and wait for prescriptions isn’t bad. PRESTON’S has become disappointing!!! Had a great history for attentive quality SERVICE. No longer next day hand delivery. Mgmt uses commercial carrier & misrepresents actual receipt. Pharmacy has BECOME Problematic. Will take time to reclaim trust and confidence.

After I have a bad compound they went the extra mile to fix the problem .even sending the pharmacist (Ms. Bryan) very polite and apologetic nice lady to delivery it to my home. I really appreciate all your efforts thank you great job!
