“I came in a little while before closing last week for an emergency item. Naturally the machine I had at self-check decided it did not want to complete the transaction and froze, which meant my coupons were also frozen with it!
Richard was on duty that night and got me sorted out on another machine—and I was able to get the same discount which was great! I appreciate the effort and superior service I received when I was really in need. Richard made a difficult night for me much more pleasant!”

“What a fun CVS! In Crystal City, this location is on a street with many restaurants, cafes, and the Alamo Drafthouse. The store itself is spacious and sells groceries, toys, and more. The pharmacy is in the back with a little waiting area with seats.”
“I would like to praise Andrew the pharmacist. He’s very polite, efficient and respectful. He is an asset to Virginia Hospital. He’s a very good listener because when I need my medication he listens with 2 ears.My ballet teacher was a wonderful mentor and she used to tell me we have 2 ears and 1 mouth. We need to be better listeners in this culture and our society.”

“I want to give a shout out to Rachel on the night shift at the CVS at 3133 Langston Blvd in Arlington, VA!!! She is the nicest and most competent pharmacy tech I have ever experienced. My son goes to school in Norfolk. We were trying to get a prescription filled, for an urgent health matter, at the CVS nearest his college, and it wasn't working out. (The incompetence at this other CVS pharmacy was striking.) He was heading home on the train the next day, so we had to do something. I called store 1407 and left a message. In just a few minutes, I received a message saying the prescription had been transferred to that CVS and would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes!!! We had been dealing with the store in Norfolk for more than a day, back and forth, with them giving us inaccurate information the whole time. Anyway, hooray for Rachel at store 1407!!! Thank you so much!”
“Nova Pharmacy is amazing. I love Ashley. She is super customer focused, very helpful, always smiling and happy to see me. When I pick up my husband's meds she always asks me how he's doing even tho she's never met him. You can tell that she really cares about the community. Nova is polar opposite of big chain pharmacies. It's great to support a small business.”

“Giant has an excellent pharmacy! The technicians and pharmacists are caring and have a great customer service attitude! I came here from Harris Teeter who always used to mess up and incorrectly get my prescriptions denied by insurance. Giant has never messed up my prescriptions and they have longer hours!!! Cameron in my go-to pharmacy technician and he is top notch! He is accurate, detail oriented and explains how to use medications. He is patient and is always available to answer questions about medications or insurance. Cameron recognizes his customers and inspires confidence and trust in his abilities!”

“This is a pretty alright Safeway. It’s small but it’s great for picking up last minute groceries, or that one ingredient you need for a recipe that you just realized you don’t have, or one of those obscenely large sandwiches. They might not always have what I’m looking for but there have been many times They’ve had that 1 thing I needed.”

“I went to go get a "circumcision" at CVS for free cause my sister was coming home from college to visit. I went to the back room where they told me to go for the "circumcision", Turned out it was like a knock-off version of El Chapo's drug business, but with children. CVS called me up to save the kids. I had to hide 3 underage kids in my foreskin. Thankfully one of the kids got hungry and started eating at my foreskin so I got the most pleasurable circumcision of my life.”
