Excellent facility, streamlined appointment scheduling and check in, no wait lab work completed, all led by courteous and effective professionals. Also, love the ability to see lab test results online, including trends across the years.

I went there today for a drug screen. Now I am not the one to even argue with people. I have bigger fish to fry. There were 2 people ahead of me. Somehow on the screen it clearly asked if I was a medical professional . I am a registered nurse so that’s what I checked in under which put me 1st in the queue somehow. This lady didn’t even address me by my name straight up walk up to me and asked me if I were a medical professional or a doctor? I replied to her that I am an RN and she told me I should not have used that option….. so I had to check in all over again. Which put me last in the queue. She had a little bit of attitude but like I said sometimes you have to multiply people by zero, keep calm and move on with your day. But please tell this woman to at least look up the definition of medical professional and to not walk up on people like that. That was so unnecessary. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

I had a very disappointing experience here. I took a day off work and went in for my scheduled lab appointment, which I had booked a week in advance. When I arrived, the front desk staff told me bluntly that their Internet was down and they weren’t taking any customers—no apology, no explanation, and no courtesy call beforehand to inform me. I even paid for parking, which was completely wasted. I ended up having to reschedule at a different location that’s much farther from my home. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

Great phlebotomist. She was quick and painless. I thought she was just starting when she was actually applying the final bandage. there is a $5 parking fee. I had reserved an appointment before walking in there and was seen almost immediately. The parking lot ended up opening the gate when I put in my ticket. I was in and out in well under 30 minutes. Maybe under 15.

If hell had a portal, oh, it’s this one. You found it. Upon entering, especially after inhaling the cold crisp air from outside, you are welcomed with a strong stench of urine, and it stays with you for as long as you are there.
Fast forward to drug test, and you’ll be treated as one: undress your jacket (logic? Right?), watch; yeah, apparently, you’re likely to hide something there, purse (makes sense as, who needs something to be dangling while they use the loo?)… here’s the thing, you then put them in a cooler like lox, lock it, and hand the key to the attendant, go out, pick a pre-packed pee jar, hand it to attendant, they open, give you the pee jar, you go in, they close the door, you pee, pull up the dress/cloth, open the door, hand over pee, sign your initials, wait for them to complete sealing it, give you soap, now you can flush the loo, wash your hands, then they give you the keys (oh, btw, all this time they haven’t washed or changed the gloves), you take out your items, follow them, go sign the acknowledgment again, all while touching the same pen they’ve touched with whatever remnants of the pee you have them earlier. Then you can leave.
Oh, don’t forget, while they’re doing this, the other colleague (with dreads), who is attending to another patient, is busy chanting words at you: “I knew it when I saw it[?]. I knew it. Always that one.” Are you grossed that I’m grossed by the idea of me touching and painting with my body fluids? Huh?

Worst lab possible. Musty smelly with fans running. Terrible tech - rude and lots of attitude. They have problems receiving e-fax doctors orders and are very difficult to deal with.

Today, I met the rudest and laziest technician I've ever encountered. "I ain't got time for all that" was her response when I said I had an updated lab order than I didn't have time to print.
The printout I did have contained all but one test. When I explained that the updated order had the most important test on it, she refused to accept it, insisting she had to have the physical printout because it had to be scanned. When I offered to email a copy of the lab order, she said she had no way to print it out. I'm sorry, but no way to receive and print it? In 2024?? Seriously, knock it off!
To be clear, there own website states:
"Talk with your doctor about any special instructions before your visit. You will need your lab order, photo identification, and insurance card. If your doctor said they would send us the order electronically or by fax, there is no need to confirm that we have the order. If we do not have the order, we will call the doctor when you arrive at our Quest Patient Service Center." As she said, "I ain't got time for all that." (yes, that's the actual quote)
Sadly, this was 100% personality driven. The woman clearly possesses zero interpersonal skills and shouldn't be permitted to interact with the public; her demeanor and attitude was as poor as it gets. If this was one of my employees, she'd be looking for a new job.
Since it was clear that the technician wasn't in any mood to be helpful, I politely got up and walked out without getting my blood drawn.
Needless to say, I'll never go back. The fact that this business has a 2.3 star rating and no one in management is doing anything about it tells you all you need to know. Avoid this place; there are too many better options (like the one in Ballston).

Had a great experience. Wanted to recognize Davie who was both knowledgeable and fun to speak with during my appointment. For someone who does not like needles he made my experience pain free and pleasant.

you don't validate parking and that isn't mentioned in your services page or on your google search. I wish I had known that beforehand so I would have been prepared for it, and parking delayed me to my appointment by about 30 minutes. Its only $5 but I still expected parking at the facility to be free since it wasn't mentioned. the service itself was O.K however
