They are the worst. They took test on collection center and they don’t do testing at the location. They send test to New York and takes 8 days and still not getting the result. I was so frustrated.

Rotten customer service attitude in the part of the tech. Did not say anything like what the procedure is or even whether or not to flush the toilet after I use it. Tech jabbed in the needle from a distance; he did not ease it into my arm.
Horrible place. Avoid!!!!!!!
