Went this morning when they first opened. Was greeted by everyone as I entered and headed to the back for a CD transfer. Was processed quickly and out the door in just 5 or six minutes. I had checked their hours before heading over there and saw a bunch of ancient poor reviews from before the brank changed from BBT to Truist. so, I thought I would give an updated review.

This branch has only one good employee who does his best to make up for the lousy customer service provided by his colleagues.

The only thing this branch has going for it is the convenient location on Lee Highway. Inexcusably slow service, both inside and outside at the drive through. The ATM is fine, but if your transaction requires interacting with an employee, prepare for a long and frustrating experience.

Made the mistake of going to drive through. Big mistake. What is it with Suntrust? I had to leave the McLean Suntrust after waiting in line and not getting any service. Then at drive through it was like I didn't exist. I thought maybe they closed after I had sent in my deposit.

Great customer service! I needed help with transferring money to pay for emergency tree removal (four trees resting on my brother's house) in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence. Without going into specifics, the transaction was "non-standard" and required some creativity to make happen. Banker Matt Mayfield and Branch Manager, Devika Wimalkantha bent over backwards to help me help my family who were without power and internet access. I can't thank them enough. Truly well done..

Actually a really nice bank, the 1star review is based on something pretty much every bank does. Averaging out the review.

Let me start by asking a question, do you think it is right to charge a person in overdraft fees 7 times more than the actual cost of your total purchase? Well BBT thinks so, and for you people who don't know what a overdraft fee is, it is a standard charge for people that spend more money then they have in the bank to cover. The reason they charged me 7 times was because i purchased 6 different items that totaled a little over 40 dollars but the overdraft fees was 36 each. The fact the workers there can look me in the eye and say you have to pay in overdraft fees more than 7 times, 7 times than your total purchases is astounding. I was robbed in plain daylight and the worst part was that they didn't even pay for the items they wouldn't allow the transaction to go throw so they didn't spend a penny. I apologized for this mistake and asked them kindly to please help me. They told me to come back later and they will work on it. Today was the last straw because this problem has past a week and so they charged me again in overdraft fees for being more than a week. I know they are a bank but where is your moral compass. I am a student with no job and sure 300 to some maybe little to some but for most people thats a lot of money. that is how much they made me pay. I couldn't believe it, the fact that they took so much from me on a technicality. I didn't make a scene i shook the hand that belonged to the people that robbed me and closed all accounts I had with them and left quietly. As I was walking I thought of the question I am asking you and I would like to ask the person who helped me as well, do you think it is right or even ok charging a student in college with no job 300 dollars on a technicality where your bank lost not even a penny?
