Most disgusting Target I've ever been to. The icing on the cake was, they didn't even give me the most important part of my shopping! So basically they robbed me and then I tried to call them and nobody answered so you try to call them and you're not going to get anybody. sorry folks. I suggest going to a different Target or avoiding Target all together. And If you want joyride then hit up a 7-Eleven. But yeah their staff is also very rude... Do not recommend this place to anyone. Really considering calling and having them bring out my order to me. Except I don't really know who to call, lol

Special shout out to Tonya. She helped me with self checkout right before closing time to get all my new bedding needs and helped me with big bags to carry it all. The world needs more hard-working and honest people like her!!

During my visit today, I was being followed through the aisles by a female employee with blonde hair, who continued to observe me from that point to the register area. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable and gave the impression that I was being singled out and profiled.
I want to emphasize that such experiences can be perceived as racial profiling, which is profoundly troubling and inconsistent with the values of respect, inclusion, and fairness that Target promotes. As a customer, I believe everyone should be able to shop without feeling targeted, monitored, or judged.
I respectfully ask that Target review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that all employees are reminded of company policies regarding respectful treatment of guests. I hope that corrective measures will be taken so that similar situations with minorities will not occur.

I had a disturbing experience at this Target on 9/4 around 5 PM. An employee followed me through the aisles without explanation, then told me he would have me kicked out when I asked why. When we got to the front, he loudly yelled “why are you following me?” in front of other customers — flipping the situation and humiliating me. Another guest stepped in and said the employee was wrong. The manager then told me Target’s “policy” allows employees to follow shoppers based on what they’re buying or other suspicions. As a Black woman, I find that outrageous and alarming. I left my full cart behind and walked out. This felt like racial profiling and I will not be shopping here again.

I have not once had a good interaction with an employee here they are all very rude and extremely unhelpful. Seem to hate their jobs

This lady at the Pick-up counter has no intent to serve people, feels like she was forced to work there. I simply asked her if I could get this product here which I see online, she dint even acknowledge, maybe directly tried to order over her walkie-talkie, but I wasn’t sure, I asked her again, if this product was available, she casually says “that’s what I just asked, come on man”.. that’s zero humbleness towards customers, 101% attitude for no reason. The whole vibe around that pick-up counter seemed bossy/threatened

Pick up takes 100000 years. I always have to wait 10+ mins. Most times, I just go in. I work around the corner, that’s the ONLY reason I go to this location. Also it’s never busy here so not sure why they take so long.

Not your typical target. It’s very dirty and not well stocked. It felt like. Glorified CVS. There are way better Target locations in NoVa that you can go to.

Pretty decent target. Not the best, not the worst. Not the biggest not the smallest. It’s generally ok even if their toy section small, weirdly shaped and not always well stocked. It’s kinda just middle of the road.

This is the first time I ever leave a review. Lee, who works in the Customer Service desk, was the worst staff in Target I HAVE EVER SEEN.She was being rude, unwilling to provide assistance and yelled at me like “Why do you come to our store at this time every day” and technically yesterday was the second time I have ever talked to her. Leaving 5 stars because the manager Ashley in the Clothing section later provided exemplary customer service and assisted with a positive attitude.I’ve already filed a complaint with Target Guests Relation. If I do not end up getting a satisfactory response, I will keep in touch with the Guests Relation and post a video about the situation with the recording of our whole conversation starting from her yelling at me and refused to provide assistance.
