Target offers a decent shopping experience, sitting in the middle range of retail stores. While it has a convenient location, parking can be challenging, especially during busy times. The toy section is notably small and not always well-stocked, which may disappoint some shoppers. Many reviews highlight the store's friendly staff, particularly praising individuals like Chris and Ashley for their helpfulness and professionalism. However, customer service experiences can vary. One reviewer reported a negative interaction with a staff member at the customer service desk, leading to a complaint, while others appreciated the staff's willingness to assist. Despite the generally positive reviews, customers have noted issues with stock levels, especially in certain sections. Some shelves appear understocked, and self-checkout machines have frequently been out of order, causing long lines. On a busy day, customers may find it difficult to navigate the store due to congestion and wait times. Overall, Target provides a satisfactory shopping experience with a mix of positive and negative aspects, making it a reliable option for essential purchases, although shoppers may want to visit during less busy hours for a smoother experience.
This location is well-kept but the selection is poor, even by urban standards. Both of my local targets in San Francisco are somehow larger than this Arlington location. As usual, grocery deals are very spotty, so just get groceries next door at the Teeter.

Tonya went above and beyond to help me. I have been going to Target weekly for years and only today have I felt compelled to write a great review about a Target employee. 10/10 service, helpfulness, and friendliness.
