“Hello. I frequent Auto America for my car maintenance and have been coming to them for years. I just wanted to provide a special thank you to Alex today for his excellent customer service. Also the service team for getting me in and out today as it wasn't a scheduled appointment. I had just been in yesterday for an oil change and state inspection and this morning my car wouldn't start. Called and Alex told me to bring it in. When I arrived he saw me in the parking lot, greeted me by name and got my key to see what the issue was. Luckily it was just a battery issue and I was given a fair price for parts and labor. Shortly after he told me I was good to go! “I had put on brakes and rotors by myself and still had vibrations when braking hard and suspected a rotor problem even though they were new. I brought it to J&F to have them check if it was the rotor and they confirmed that the rotor was the issue. I was going to return the rotor to where I bought it but they said they might be able to file down the high spot so I said give it a go. The filing down improved it but did not fix it, so I said I'll just pick it up. They said it would be no charge since they said they weren't able to fix it. I said let me pay you since you spent time to diagnose and attempt to fix it and they said no, we'll see you next time - what a wonderful business experience!”
