“Mike and team did a great job diagnosing the issue and fixing it. But above all I appreciated their customer service and honesty. There was an unanticipated issue for which they offered to eat 100% of the cost. Not a lot of shops would do that but they're looking to build long-term relationships with their customers. I expect to bring my car here for years to come.”
