“5 stars for Bryan! The entire U-Haul computer system was down, the line of irritated customers was growing, he had to politely turn away customers whose transactions couldn't be handled without a computer, and any transactions that could be handled without the computer had to be done by a pad of paper and a cell phone. Bryan handled all of this while taking calls from customers and taking calls from other U-Haul stores to guide other employees through the computer-less mess. I can see why Bryan has earned his position of General Manager!”

“Worked with me when I needed some extra time before returning the rental truck. They were fair in giving me a refund for the dolly that wasn't available upon my pickup. I didn't have to argue for about it, even though it was the fault of the UHaul vendor I picked up from. I would use this business again and appreciated their customer service.”
“Pretty solid uhaul experience! It’s located in an odd neighborhood where it’s a bunch of houses but they’ve all been turned into industrial businesses, so it’s an odd vibe haha! But it was an easy in and out! The guy that helped us was really great. All around a good experience.”
“The customer service was superb! Mr. Rick and his coworkers were absolutely awesome. I apologize that I didn’t get the young lady’s name, but the entire experience was pleasant from start to finish.
I was having trouble with my app, and without hesitation, Mr. Rick jumped right in with his great personality and willingness to help. Even when his computer started acting like my app, he remained patient and positive. The pleasant young lady stepped in right after finishing with another customer and quickly helped resolve the issue, making what could have been a frustrating situation completely manageable.
On my return visit, she just happened to be there again and kindly reminded me of the process. That level of consistency and care really stood out to me.

“Very quick, friendly, and everyone felt experienced that their jobs and actually enjoyed being there. From the outside looking in; I was surprised at the level of organization and quick turnaround from front desk to hitch attached. I was expecting some level of pushback as I am not the most organized person. The front desk made sure everything was taken care of without any issues. I was able to leave on time and make it to site and complete the equipment move. The return was fast and smooth and I was able to walk in, no wait for the front desk, no wait for a dock worker. The entire experience was friendly, quick, and very professionally run.”
“Matt made everything so easy and was incredibly helpful through the process. We talked before the day of the rental as well and he even gave a call the day of to check in to make sure when we were coming. (Obviously their trucks are older and not like driving a luxury car - easy to get over that though and the seat was pretty comfy in my tuck).”

“My wife and I have moved a bunch in the last few years. Nothing ever goes to plan, there is always some sort of hurdle. We chose Penske for this move. Like always, a speed bump occurred. Battery died. After calling customer service, I was fortunate enough to speak to Xavier P who SAVED THE DAY. He got a technician out to us as fast as possible and called us to give us progress reports so which made the delay bearable.
10/10 recommend Penske for the quality of their trucks, stellar customer service, and quick response to correct issues free of charge to get you back on the road and driving. Thank you Xavier P!”

“Excellent Customer Service experience at this location; from the time that I made the reservation (I forget the young lady's name who made the reservation, but she was great)! Ariana did an outstanding job checking me for the pick-up of my truck and then went above and beyond to ensure that I got the right storage unit! The Lady in the storage units was extremely helpful! The General Manager, Cynthia took time to ensure that I was satisfied (it is apparent to me that this establishment has great leadership)! Even at drop-off the truck, Antwone did a great job ensuring that I had all of my belongings and thanking me for using UHaul! Great job everyone - with good customer service being a thing of the past, with so many businesses today, I truly appreciated this experience and at a UHaul - better service than most restaurants that I have recently patronized! “I was able to reserve a truck day of. Went to the gas station and was able to park my car on the side of street. Inside of the rental truck was dirty and smelled and I don’t believe they cleaned it in between. Drop off was also simple and quick. I would recommend for quick UHaul needs.”
