About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experiences. While some customers report friendly and helpful employees, others find the staff to be disinterested or even mean-spirited. However, the negative reviews may have more to do with the customers themselves than the USPS employees. Many customers appreciate the efficient service, with most visits lasting around 10 minutes. However, some have encountered longer wait times due to other customers being unprepared, such as lacking packaging or customs forms. Despite these occasional inconveniences, the USPS is generally seen as a reliable and hardworking organization, with employees who, while not always the most enthusiastic, still manage to get the job done. Overall, the USPS appears to be a serviceable option for postal needs, with the quality of experience largely dependent on the individual customer's preparedness and expectations.

Closed for over an hour at lunch - this is a business area and lunch hour to run errands. There is not a lobby or area to mail a letter. It’s impossible to nail a letter in the area if you are a resident no mailboxes!

The worker said next time I need to tape my own label on the brown pack and he said it rude and aggressive so I said it’s not my fault you hate your job is that why you’re so miserable? And he admitted he hates his job. Just be rude back if someone’s rude to you

I’ve had ALL but good visits at this location until today, Sat 1/10/26 when this location locked the doors minutes prior to official closing time. I ended up using the self service option and probably paid more than I should have but I got my package out. Customer service could have been better.
