“Easily the best USPS location I’ve visited. Unlike other branches where I’ve had terrible experiences, the staff here are super polite and genuinely helpful. They actually take the time to solve your problems rather than just passing you along.”
“Came in for a passport appointment. Was immediately helped at the window and had all the paperwork in order. That’s when I realized I forgot to bring the check to pay. They said I could also use a money order if I had a debit card on me but I didn’t so they said that as long as I could return today with a check it’d be fine and they’d add it to my application. Came back an hour later and another employee helped add the check to the application since the person who was helping me earlier was on break. The staff was super courteous and helpful. Imagine if this was the DMV, they would have made me make another appointment for another day.”
“Today my baby had an appointment and I was nervous because I was confused about some information in the application and i had left it blank. Near to the facility plenty of paid parking spaces are available. We arrived on time to the facility and the employee told me to wait so she could inform the passport representative, we waited for two minutes when the passport representative Ms.Channel came in and greeted us. she was so professional and kind . She helped me and my husband to complete the form without confusion as she explained it well. She was so professional and supportive, with in 10 minutes all documents were submitted. We were so relaxed and relieved. I highly recommend this place due to Ms. Channel and the employees who are so professional and helpful towards their customers.”
“Passport Services! We’ve done and renewed passports for our kids here for years and today was a shockingly awesome experience :) I regret not getting the name of the man who helped us but it’s a Tuesday morning so if you’re considering getting your passport done here - try for Tuesday and maybe you’ll catch him if you’re lucky.
In and out in ten minutes. He took a passport photo of our daughter that might be the single best photo we have of her and she’s ten! And he was just a lovely person on top of that.

“I showed up at 9:30. They were open with one teller. He processed folks efficiently. Scanned my QR code and printed my two labels. No problems. Only issue was the lack of AC in July but that’s the landlord’s fault.”
“Such a lovely team of workers! A package of mine was mislabeled by the seller, and had been incorrectly marked as delivered. Rather than filing a claim online, which can take days/weeks, I opted to go and visit the post office. Even though I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, the workers were extremely accommodating and located my package. By the time I arrived home, it had been properly delivered. Special thank you to Jasmin, who helped me out :) Send love to your local workers!”
“My visit today was exceptional. There was a young petite African American female clerk helping me. The clerk was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained my mailing options clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure everything was processed accurately. I will make this my stop for all mailing needs now!”
