“Easily the best USPS location I’ve visited. Unlike other branches where I’ve had terrible experiences, the staff here are super polite and genuinely helpful. They actually take the time to solve your problems rather than just passing you along.”
“Came in for a passport appointment. Was immediately helped at the window and had all the paperwork in order. That’s when I realized I forgot to bring the check to pay. They said I could also use a money order if I had a debit card on me but I didn’t so they said that as long as I could return today with a check it’d be fine and they’d add it to my application. Came back an hour later and another employee helped add the check to the application since the person who was helping me earlier was on break. The staff was super courteous and helpful. Imagine if this was the DMV, they would have made me make another appointment for another day.”
“Passport Services! We’ve done and renewed passports for our kids here for years and today was a shockingly awesome experience :) I regret not getting the name of the man who helped us but it’s a Tuesday morning so if you’re considering getting your passport done here - try for Tuesday and maybe you’ll catch him if you’re lucky.
In and out in ten minutes. He took a passport photo of our daughter that might be the single best photo we have of her and she’s ten! And he was just a lovely person on top of that.

“A really pretty old building for a post office. Also this may sound stupid and obvious but I had to ship something to a buddy in Canada and apparently USPS is way cheaper for international shipping than UPS or FedEx. Use the post office folks, or you’ll be spending $75 to ship an old video game instead of $17.”
“The clerk was very helpful & super nice. I walked in from the rain wet & soggy, but she greeted me loud and clear. We laughed while I was telling her what I needed and she made a great recommendation for the method of sending I wanted to use. I believe her name was Kiera. Super friendly & helpful. Thanks again, I’ll make sure I visit this post office more often. ☺️”
