I was able to submit my passport renewal without an appointment. On a Saturday to boot! The Mail clero was very professional and cordial. Kudos to him!

The black guy who was working on tuesday at 4pm was so rude, i was trying to mail but he was saying extra things n useless things instead of doing his job. He was keep saying things and people were lining behind me and i didnt want to let the people wait. he didnt take my mail. Couldnt send my mail

Always long wait since there’s most of the times only one representative getting overworked. It also looks like is not taking care of the common areas
