Hello,
I noticed that my receipt lists three pieces of equipment (including two separate video items). However, I only received one cable box and one gateway. Could you clarify what the second video item refers to, and whether it represents another piece of equipment?

Was a great service, phone, internet, WiFi, only a big detail, I canceled my account on March due moving to different country and they still charging on my credit card each month a payment, the day I canceled the customer service person told me I’ll not have any more charges on my credit card and it was not true. I talked to customer service online and they say they didn’t any charge since January, how is that possible???? My bank isn’t protecting to me from that charges and this company is doing really really incorrect, really bad experience…

I was sent a storm wifi connector for when wifi goes out due to weather with my router that I never asked for. I never used it and brought it with the router when returned. The guy who helped in the front said that they don’t take it, it’s mine to keep, it’s already paid for, and I won’t get charged for it. I clarified never paid for it and insisted they take it because I don’t want it anyways and wasn’t sure if he was mistaken. He persisted and would not take it so I left with it. A month later I got a charge for $157 on my account that I shut down and said to WIPE COMPLETELY. I took several hours on a Sunday to dance around robots and AI chatbots to speak to someone who had me on hold for another hour and then said I’d get a call back in 48 hours for a refund. Never got a call back just an automated text saying my ticket was closed and they couldn’t process my request. This is theft.

Multiple Comcast Xfinity agents online and via phone lied to me about changing pricing that never happened, and provided false email addresses. Was promised lower pricing after a large increase many times the past few months and no one has honored it. Bill increased by 80% of what I was told the past few months. Absolute worst customer service company experienced in my life. Doesn't follow through, requires hours and hours of repeated inquires, not resolution-oriented, extremely difficult to maintain billing...unlike other companies like Southwest and Sirius XM that have exceptional, easy, fast customer service for changes. Perhaps Comcast can look at their company customer service business models/ease, and focus on retaining customers at lower pricing vs. Comcast increasing rates exponentially, not honoring what was promised, and losing customers. Very disappointing and not ethical. Repeatedly makes me feel disrespected.

Great experience with Anthony yesterday. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Got me set up with home wifi and switched mobile carrier (saving a lot of money) in about 15 minutes. Fantastic experience.

I am changing this review from 0 stars soon after I get my money back.
And staff made a huge mistake. He signed me up for a supposedly “free” mobile plan with my home internet, but it was activated under the wrong address—so I’ve been getting charged for a plan that was supposed to be free.
I waited 40 minutes at the store, only to speak to a different staff member who couldn’t fix the issue. He said Chris would call me to sort it out and issue a refund.
But again—Chris’s contact info is wrong, so I can’t even follow up. Now I’m dreading having to return to the store after a 10-hour shift just to beg the staff to correct their mistake.
I won’t take down this review until someone from this location contacts me and resolves the issue.

I always come to this Xfinity location. This store has reps that go above and beyond to make sure you’re well equipped, educated and understand all the products. Nia and YoNathan is the best in the company. They worked with me, handled my account and sent me on my way. If you’re ever in Arlington, ask for them too.
