Customer service is outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Service is kind, clear and forthcoming about rings and various jewelry concepts. It was thorough and relatable and made a customer cared about and satisfied. Discounts and accommodations were offered within budget and the phone answered gave everything needed for certificates and ring. The experience at the Pentagon City location was helpful, accommodating and remarkable, made it a preferred destination for future purchases. Appointment booking or a visit to the store made a customer browse the best fine jewelry selection.
I had a custom engagement ring done and the final result was amazing. There were a few hiccups along the way with the jewelers getting the design wrong because setting the band was tricky, but Ellen was great and worked closely with them to get it right.

Ellen at the Pentagon City location was absolutely amazing!!! She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. She’s the store manager and her whole team is amazing. I will only go to her from now on.
